Why would he? He produced Shimmer as a political equalizer. There's not even a governing body or economy here to compete against. Unless you think he's an addict?

I don't know enough about it to know if it would work, or who would develop that part of it, but an electricity-powered arm with nanotechnology could be a compromise?
