[ Viktor is silent for a minute on his end and then there is a soft sigh. Perhaps he will take a note out of Jayce's book but just this once. He was never one to care about proving himself to others, unlike Jayce, but he also doesn't want to be the thing Sevika actually spoke like he was. He doesn't particularly like hearing the tone of reluctance or the silence from the otherwise chattier of the two of them.

He knows that they are all supposed to be working together for the sake of their world and so he would be remiss if he stooped to the level of outright ignoring someone who did need their help. ] I didn't say I wasn't going to help, Jayce. [ He doesn't particularly sound enthused about it but he will bite his tongue on the matter. ]

I will do it...for us. [ And maybe because he's a little bit petty and wants to do it for that reason too?? He's only human after all. ] It would be good to have a project to work on again together.
